1.)   How did you two meet?

As with most people these days, we met online and had our first date at O’Connors in West Boylston on March 22nd 2019.

2.)   How did he pop the question?

By a fireplace, sipping red wine, he popped the question while reciting a prayer - Total surprise! Super sweet. Very emotional!

3.)   What was your favorite moment(s) from the wedding?

Omg! There were quite a few favorite moments! Thankfully,  many were captured by the photographer! Thank you Sedman Photography - looking at the faces of my loved ones as I walked down the aisle; the expression on my husband's face as my dad gave a few words of wisdom; the crowd dancing to the processional song!

1.)   Why did you select Sedman Photography as your photographer and/or what did you like best about the service that was provided?

     I came to know Steve several years back and always admired his wedding photography. When I showed my wife Steve’s website, she was immediately convinced that Sedman Photography would be our wedding photographer.  Steve and his team were professional, timely, creative, sincere and most of all, it was comforting to know that we would be getting some incredible images documenting our wedding day!

2.)   How would you describe your overall wedding experience?

     We had an amazing experience! Having an unplugged wedding was so calming too.  People were engaged in the wedding and not watching it through their phone cameras. This made the Photographers job so much easier and less intrusive. Steve’s team had every moment covered!

3.)   What advice would you offer to other couples planning a wedding?

     Keep it simple and keep it small, if possible, for a more intimate wedding experience. Let others help you prepare for your wedding day!

4.)   What photography-related advice would you offer to a couple?       

1.      Trust the photographer
2.      Ensure that your wedding is “unplugged”.  Greater experience for the photographer and for all who are at the event.

5.)   Tell me about your dress. Where did you find it, how did you choose it, how did you know it was the one? I've heard horror stories of how brides-to-be stress out trying to find the perfect dress! Thankfully, my dress was the first dress of the 5 dresses I tried on at David's bridal and I was hooked from the moment I saw myself in the mirror wearing the dress. I knew at that moment, this was the dress! My mother and sister loved it too, so I was sold! Plus, I didn't have to break the bank, so it was a win-win!

6.)   How was your experience taking photos/working with me on your wedding day?

          Working with Steve was an absolute pleasure. He always had a smile on his face. Courteous and open to requests — always the professional and very creative!

7.)   How long have you been together?

By the time of our wedding, Maggie and I had been together for about 18 months.

8.)   What were you most anxious, nervous or fearful about regarding your wedding day and what was the outcome?

Being a "covid wedding", we had a very limited number of guests and rules we had to abide by.  Not having an emcee was unthinkable! My husband kept reassuring me that it would be ok. True to his word, it ended up being a very intimate wedding,  many of our guests actually had a chance to get up and say something, couldn't have had it any other way!

9.)   What kind of food was served at your reception?  Our venue was with Nuovo Restaurant in Worcester. We offered Rack of Lamb, Mediterranean Chicken and Pasta Primavera.
