Our mobile professional studio and professional staff ensure a seamless experience, allowing your team to have stunning headshots with minimal disruptions to their workday.

Step 1

Book your team headshot day on a date that works for you. We can provide scheduling software so your team can book times on headshot day. We will consult with you about all of the important details such as what to wear, background color and location.

Step 2

We will set up our mobile studio in your location to capture great images that you will be excited to use. We will set up about 45 minutes before your sessions are due to start. Your staff will get to see and select their favorite image from their session right after we photograph them.

Step 3

Once you have made your selections, our team of talented artists will retouch and deliver, via an online gallery, your finished digital files. These will be ready in 24 to 72 hours. Ask about our rush service option if you need them sooner.

Includes our mobile studio set up at your location. Background of your choice and one retouched image of each of your people.

Includes our mobile studio set up at your location. Background of your choice and one retouched image of each of your people.

Additional Options for Team or Volume Headshots

All of our Team Headshot Sessions include one image and retouching. Additional retouched files are $25 each. 

Background Extraction - $14
Provides you with a version of your retouched headshot with a transparent background. Delivered as a high-resolution PNG file. Must be purchased together with a retouched headshot.

Custom Background Image Swap - $14
Provides you with a new version of your retouched headshot with a custom background. Delivered as a high-resolution JPEG file. Must be purchased together with a retouched headshot.

Professional Retouching Service Does Not Include

The following are not included, but are available for an additional cost. •Adding or removing large portions of hair •Braces removal •Significant creases or wrinkles in clothes •Background removal, change of background colour, or inserting another •Taking elements from one photo and swapping it with another photo •Anything not mentioned in the column on the left.
