Our team will make it easy to make a great first impression.

Step 1

Book your session at a time that works for you. We have appointments on weekdays and weekends and day or evening to fit your busy lifestyle. We will consult with you about all of the important details such as what to wear, background color and location.

Step 2

We will set up our mobile studio in your location to capture great images that you will be excited to use. We pause during the session for you to see your images and make sure we are create an image of you that matches your goal. We keep photographing till we capture the perfect image of you. Getting feedback and collaborating during the session helps us create the best headshots.

Your Headshot Session

Step 3

After your session we can show you your images in two ways. The first option is to view the images and select your favorites immediately after the session. This option is the fastest way to pick your images and receive your finished product. The second option is better for the person that needs more time to decide or wants input from others. We can post your images on our secure website within 24 hours and then you can make your selections online. Once you have made your selections, our team of talented artists will retouch and deliver via email your finished digital files.

Headshot Sessions

Mini Headshot Session                                      $175

This session is great for the person that needs one image for their website or LinkedIn profile. This session includes one look (no clothing changes). We will work with you to select the best background from the many we have (select one). We will photograph you from the waist up, head and shoulders, and adjust your pose to get the best angle and lighting to make you look your best. One retouched image is included, additional images are available for an additional cost.

 

Standard Headshot Session                               $250

This session includes two looks (two clothing changes) and up to one hour of photography. We will work with you to select the best background from the many we have (select up to 3). We will photograph you from the waist up, head and shoulders, and adjust your pose to get the best angle and lighting to make you look your best. Five retouched images are included, additional images are available for an additional cost.

Branding Session

Branding Headshot Session                                  $399

Our branding session includes up to two hours of photography and unlimited clothing or look changes. We recommend professional hair and makeup for these sessions. These sessions may include full length and head and shoulders portraits. They often include environmental portraits and photo backgrounds. A pre session consultation is required for the branding session so that we can collaborate and design images that will enhance your brand and align with your vision of your image.

Additional Items

All of our Headshot Sessions include at least one image and retouching. Additional retouched files are $50 each. 

Background Extraction - $25
Provides you with a version of your retouched headshot with a transparent background. Delivered as a high-resolution PNG file. Must be purchased together with a retouched headshot.

Custom Background Image Swap - $25
Provides you with a new version of your retouched headshot with a custom background. Delivered as a high-resolution JPEG file. Must be purchased together with a retouched headshot.

Downloadable Web Resolution Proof Gallery - $150
Proof images are great for social media like Instagram and LinkedIn. They are web-resolution (2048px) and are not retouched but receive a quick crop and colour edit. Proofs are not suitable for printing. Always use the high-resolution retouched images for printing.

Professional Retouching Service Does Not Include

The following are not included, but are available for an additional cost. •Adding or removing large portions of hair •Braces removal •Significant creases or wrinkles in clothes •Background removal, change of background colour, or inserting another •Taking elements from one photo and swapping it with another photo •Anything not mentioned in the column on the left.
